What we collect
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited and how people find the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the website or search that referred you. It does not tell us who you are.
Information you send us. If you email hello@thruxtonkendall.com or book a conversation, we receive what you send, such as your name, email address, company and message. Booking runs through Google Calendar appointment scheduling, which handles your details under Google’s own privacy policy.
Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify, which may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and requested page, for security and operations.
How we use it
We use analytics to understand what is useful on the site and to improve it. We use what you send us to reply, schedule a conversation and, if we work together, to scope the work. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that run the site and the tools above (Google and Netlify), and where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us by emailing hello@thruxtonkendall.com. Depending on where you live, such as California, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional legal rights over your personal information, and we will honor them.
