The Two-Week Assessment
When something is changing, a plant, an acquisition, a gap in who owns what, we find what will break and what to decide first. You get a written plan you can act on, whether or not you work with us again. The plan names the next step: a fixed-scope project, an advisory seat, or fractional IT leadership.
Opening a new site? We focus the assessment on the build-out: who owns the network, where the closets, cooling and cabling go, and when circuits must be ordered.
